We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as HR and Admin Executives. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in Human Resources and Administration. As an HR and Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR and administrative functions within the organization.
Key Requirements-
MBA In HR graduates can only apply for this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Job Responsibility-
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. Assist in preparing onboarding materials and welcome packages for new employees. Facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Contribute ideas for improving employee morale and workplace culture. Administrative Support: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
