Qualifications- Any Technical Graduate freshers excellent communication and technical skills. Should be comfortable working in night shifts and commuting self-one sided. 24*7 shift (US Shifts) Primary Skills- 1) Excellent communication skills 2) 24*7 operations & most of the times shift will be in EST hours. 3) Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly 4) Basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop and gadgets 5) Email configuration Secondary Skills- 1) Customer service approach 2) Candidate should be comfortable with US shifts timings, Tech Support (Semi-Tech) voice process.
