Candidate should have 2 to 3 years experience working within a Human Resources group or as an admin assistant. Ability to work with a sense of urgency within a fast paced and demanding work environment. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy pertaining to all employee and payroll records and any shared internal communications.
Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to produce innovative solutions Must have excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills Highly organized with a high degree of attention to detail You have experience with Oracle HRIS Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Responsibilities-
Prepare HR documents; transfer letters, confirmation of employment, and letters of promotion Issue offer letters on behalf of Talent Acquisition team and process new hire paperwork, including background checks Maintain employee files, both electronic and physical Maintain employee information in HRIS (Oracle - EBS database), ensuring all changes are captured immediately Maintain employee information in PERT and Halogen for the Talent Development team Onboard/ Offboard employees through in HRIS Partner with Payroll regarding new hires and employee changes Assist Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams with organizing new hire orientation sessions and managing new hire details
