Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and development
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and strategies
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and providing guidance Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs Support career development and succession planning initiatives
Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting and evaluations Implement performance improvement plans as needed
Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmarking
