Job Responsibility-

Monthly Presentation
Bills clearance
Employee Orientation and Induction
Taking Job Description for every employee
Off-chart or Flow chart
Arranging medical camps
Campus Recruitment
Designing and revising forms & formats
Assist HR Head in senior level recruitment
System Designing
Record review of Admin Dept.
Conduct R&R programs
Preparing MIS reports on a weekly / monthly or quarterly basis. Learning & Development
