We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support to the smooth functioning of our organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role is integral to maintaining accurate financial records and enhancing the efficiency of our procurement and inventory management processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative certificate or Secretary will be a plus.
