Candidate should have a Bachelors degree or equivalent with 4 - 8 years of experience in Administration (HR experience is an added advantage).
Have fair idea of routes in Delhi NCR Strong and assertive personality to handle all vendors Should have good verbal and written, English communication skills Must have hands-on knowledge of Microsoft word Demonstrate eagerness to learn both Admin and HR functions Ability to multitask across various job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and anaging employees cab schedules. Attending employees transport-related queries Resolving employees cab-related queries and concerns during travel to and from the office Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees Assigning responsibilities to and Supervising house-keeping staff and security staff Allocating storage space, access card, Id card to new joiners and existing employees Procurement of office-related supplies, regular and special event supplies in sync with the budget Managing and negotiating with office property vendors, cab vendors, office stationery vendors, and all other vendors whose services are required for the upkeep of the office
Managing repair, maintenance and replacement of office equipment, appliances furniture. Furnishing, vehicles, building, etc. in consultation with manger Maintaining logistics of material inwards and outwards Keep tight scrutiny of employees appropriately accessing the premises. Prevent any unauthorized visitors inside the premises Provide assistance to the HR team in recruitment and onboarding Screen eligible candidates and carry out the first round of discussion. Give insightful inputs on prospective candidates
