Candidate should be Any Graduate/ Under Graduate or Post Graduate Freshers or 1 year of international customer service voice experience required (upselling experience would be preferred)
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/ explain them to prospects. Ability to persuade and negotiate. Self motivated with good communication skills in English.
Candidate must have knowledge about customer service. Must be able to understand customer queries/ issues and provide solutions accordingly. A good team player. Excellent Communications Skill`s. Good knowledge about to international process.
Roles & Responsibilities-
Candidate will need to interact with clients and explain them about the service offered by the company. Contact potential/ existing customers to inform them about a product/ service.
In this role candidate is expected to work in shifts supporting customers in solving their queries and issues working from office in Noida.

Shifts: Majorly night shifts. Days of working - 5 days Salary to be given: Best in the industry. Open to work in Australia`s shifts (3:30am to 12:30pm)
