Nuchange Informatics Private Limited is hiring for Technical Support Engineer
Candidate should be B.Tech/ B.E (Computer Science) or MCA with at least 3 years of experience in testing software and supporting customer tickets, QA or application support. Should have experience with Linux Servers, and shell scripting.
Understanding of customer support processes and tools. Ability to follow defined processes. Ability to work independently on issues assigned. Good oral and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities-
Responsible for providing clients with technical support (troubleshooting, online testing, problem solutions). Carry out initial troubleshooting, replicate, test, and resolve incidents that were logged by customers. Strong database skills, with the expertise to write and update SQL queries with ease. Travel to client sites (International) during implementations
