Hexaware Technologies Private Limited is hiring for Test Manager - Manual Testing
We are looking for a test specialist to work on defining a test strategy and high level regression test scenarios (in support of User Acceptance) for our key claims/ underwriting and finance systems. As the stories are developed, an on-shore test function will be assigned to deliver the detailed test scripts and data based on the stories.
The scope is key Claims and Underwriting processes, including Premiums, Payments, and Cash Management. You will plan, create manage the test documentation and the then deliver the tests via a team when it is established.
Specific Responsibilities-
Design a high level test strategy/ approach and a test model based on the identified processes (will be evolving as processes are elicited). Work closely with Business Analysts and End Users to understand current business practice, and process documents. Plan out the test scenario generation, test data approach then testing. Create stories/ test scenarios based on the current state processes and obtain sign off that the tests will exercise the systems appropriately and in line with the processes.
Technical Experience Specification Essential:
A degree in Computer Science related discipline or equivalent experience. Commercial insurance knowledge (2 years plus working exposure) covering Claims and Underwriting. Experience of defining and managing testing. Planning and management of tasks for self.
Desirable Skills:
P&I experience preferred but not essential. Experience working with & managing mixed on-shore and off-shore teams. Experience of DevOps for test documentation. Agile working experience and good understanding. Good SQL knowledge.
