Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer in Hazelwood, MO. In this position, you will develop and document standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity. You will also lead the development of test procedures, apply lessons learned to the improvement of test procedures and designs calibration system/ test fixtures.
Experience in leading a test team Experience developing and maintaining software test documentation Experience with test and validate to ensure software meets operational and functional requirements Experience with test or system integration Understanding of/experience with automated testing
Experience with software configuration management tools such as Team Foundation Server/ Azure DevOps Experience writing and analyzing test procedures and software requirements Automated test experience Experience with OFP (Operational Flight Program) SIL (System Integration Lab) testing
Position Responsibilities:
Execute and maintain test procedures and test cases for new and existing products Performs test in accordance with approved test plan/ procedure and applicable policies Report and manage defects Regression test software fixes for new and existing products Participate in Requirements and Functional Specifications reviews of new features and verify these requirements are reflected in the test specifications Document, troubleshoot and follow up on issues found during testing Actively work with other members of the team to constantly improve the process, tools and effectiveness of the team Assist Development with replicating and debugging problems
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
