Wipro Limited (NYSE:WIT) is hiring for Software Testing Engineer/ SDET
Candidate should have 3 to 7 years of working experience in the manual and automated testing role. Minimum two years of hands-on experience in Python and JavaScript/ Java Programming Language and AWS is must. Must be having strong Selenium and API automation experience. Good understanding of Agile QA methodologies, process, and tools.
Strong knowledge in performing system testing, regression testing and integration testing. Hands on experience of using Test Case Management, Defect Management and Task Management tools specifically JIRA. Expert in analyzing stories, writing test plans and test cases. Should be a problem solver and self-initiator.
Key Responsibilities-
Creation of automation scripts using Selenium-WebDriver & Python. Creation of automation scripts using API. Scheduling and monitoring automated scripts to determine current health of the features under test using Jenkins. Proactive in sharing views on the quality of feature under test, back it up with necessary data and metrics, use it to provide (or not provide) release sign off. Performing defect analysis of bugs found in Production environment and produce solutions to avoid these occurrences in the future. Review functional design document to provide meaningful and timely inputs. Studying & analyzing JIRA stories and use them as an input for creating testing strategies/plans.
