We are currently looking for System Engineer- Technical Support (FRESHERS). This is a voice process which includes- live calls, Inbound calls, Outbound calls, chats, emails, Flexible rotational shifts etc.
Education - Minimum 3 years Graduation BSC/ BA/ BCOM/ BCA (no BE/ B.Tech allowed) Experience 0 to 2 Years (Freshers)
Mandatory Skillset-
IT service desk, Active Directory, Printers, ITIL, ITSM, P1 bridge, Server network desktop support Excellent communication skills
Job Responsibility-
Providing technical assistance and support to customers users over live calls, chats, Emails etc, Inbound & Outbound Process
Location- Gurugram Mode WFH for now, (Hybrid- 2 days office if required in future) Timings : 5.5 days working (alternate Saturday off)
Rotational shift : (Day shift 6-3, UK Shift 2-11, Night : 6-4, Night 10-7) CTC - 3 LPA (including 5% variable pay)
