Sutherland Global Services Inc. is hiring for Software Testing Engineer/ SDET
Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 2 to 5 years of experience in software development and/ or software testing roles.
Required Skills-
Strong proficiency in C# .NET programming language. Experience with SpecFlow or other Gherkin-based testing frameworks. Solid understanding of SQL Server and database testing concepts. Proficiency in unit testing using NUnit or MSTest. Familiarity with React and Jest (preferred). Experience with JMeter is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities-
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and stability of our software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans. Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing as necessary. Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner. Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on testability of features and applicability of automated testing. Work closely with developers to reproduce and debug issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
