We are seeking a talented .NET Support Developer with a proven track record in providing technical support and maintenance for .NET applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our .NET applications, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support to our clients.
What You ll Need
Bachelor s degree in computer science or related technical discipline, and at least 3 to 5 years of professional-related experience Proven experience as a .NET Support Developer with a strong understanding of .NET framework and technologies. Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in .NET applications. Proficient in debugging tools and techniques for identifying software defects. Familiarity with source control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience with support and maintenance projects is highly desirable. Microsoft certifications related to .NET development and support will be a plus. Experience working in a Hospital Process Environment is highly preferable
What You ll Do
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients using .NET applications. Diagnose and resolve software defects, performance issues, and other technical problems. Collaborate with development teams to analyze complex issues and identify appropriate solutions. Implement bug fixes, patches, and updates to maintain the integrity of .NET applications. Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for optimization. Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their support needs. Document support processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
