Candidate should have a Master/ PGDBM degree in Human Resources Management or related field, with experience of minimum 2 years in similar role. HRMS knowledge is preferred
Knowledge, Competency & Skills:
Proven experience as an HR & Admin in the Financial Services industry/ FinTech (Preferred). Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Job Responsibilities:
In alignment with corporate policies, assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Support the recruitment and selection process including job posting, sourcing, and conducting interviews. Manage employee onboarding and exit processes in coordination with HR Operations team at head-office. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations including first level conflict resolution and wherever required ensure escalations are done to the Senior HR members on time without any delay. Coordinate and conduct employee engagement programs for employees. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
