We are looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Technical Support Agent specializing in chat and email processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through real-time chat and email interactions.
Educational Qualifications-
Bachelor`s degree or equivalent like B.Sc./ BCA/ BA/ B.Com/ BBA Proven experience in customer support, specifically in a chat-based environment Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with customer support software and chat platforms. Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Role & Responsibility-
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through email and chat support. Demonstrate excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy. Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing comprehensive and timely solutions. Collaborate with other teams to address complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs). Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet customer needs.
Location- Anywhere in India - Remote Hardware Pre-requisites: - laptop (8gb RAM), Windows 10, Internet speed- 30 MBPS
