Working as HR & Admin Manager at Welding Alloys South Asia Pvt. Limited, you have to manage the complete set of HR functions (including payroll) and administrative functions such as general administration, health & safety, business visa processing for various countries, and other general administration work. You will be reporting to General Manager F&O.
Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge
Minimum Masters degree in administration or human resources or equivalent with relevant experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field. Good computer skills such as MS Office, Google Hangouts, Skype, etc.
Skills/ Competencies:
Good communication skills in written, verbal and listening. Good language skills in both English, Telugu, and Hindi. Knowledge and experience in managing a computerised attendance system. Knowledge of the ISO system regarding training and HR matters. Excellent general administrative skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. A strong team player with the ability to work with multidisciplinary and multicultural groups and also be able to pursue work independently using their own initiative. Sense of responsibility, ethics, integrity, empathy, discretion, and sensitivity.
