We are seeking a skilled software test automation engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and executing effective automation test strategies for complex software applications. As a key team member, you will contribute significantly to maintaining the quality and reliability of our software products.
Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Software Test Automation Engineer. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, automation, and processes. Must be proficient in Java or Groovy programming languages. Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, Katalon Studio, etc.
Expertise in automated testing for Web UI (Web Applications), REST API, iOS, and Android Apps. Experience with version control systems such as Git Preferred experience with cloud testing platforms such as BrowserStack, AWS Device form, etc. Preferred experience in implementing automation scripts in CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and collaboratively work in a team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Conduct thorough end-to-end testing for each application flow, encompassing API and UI testing. Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Leads to analyze test requirements and formulate effective testing strategies. Create robust and reliable Automated Test Scripts utilizing tools such as Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, and Katalon Studio. Participate in Sprint planning, scrum, and retrospective meetings to align testing efforts with development goals.
Focus on continuous improvement, striving to deliver high-quality software accelerated. Develop and maintain automated test scripts dedicated to regression testing and continuous integration. Identify opportunities to optimize test efficiency through effective test automation strategies. Execute manual and automated test scripts to uncover software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Perform regression testing to validate software stability and assess overall performance.
