Required Skills/ Experience:
Relevant experience of at least 2 to 3 years Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High presentation, reporting, and team player skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word and PowerPoint. Demonstrated intense customer focus. Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic. Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed. Strong team player acts like an owner and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Managing onboarding process end to end. Managing the background verification process end to end Handling training requirements Coordinating and assisting the HR manager in handling the employee life cycle. Taking care of complete admin operations for the Pune office. Assisting the talent Acquisition team in hiring activities Solving queries & arranging travel reimbursement.
Handling Petty cash management Company device management and Asset management tracking and Purchase management. Coordinate company events such as Farewell functions, Birthday celebrations, festival celebrations, team-building activities, etc. Organize health and well-being programs to ensure employees` well-being. Plan and conduct team engagement activities for Pune office employees. Plan and conduct team outings.
