Candidate should be Undergraduate or Graduate in Any stream with experience in Chat process/ Customer Service/ Technical Support preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) can also apply
Willing to work 24/7 with rotational off`s (US Shifts)
Role & Responsibilities-
Supporting customers contacting for technical assistance with network through LAN, WIFI, Mobile, Televison, Routers and Computers. Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures.
Track unresolved issues and help resolve, within agreed time limits Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain individual performance towards client KPIs.
