Candidate should be Post graduate/ MBA (HR) with 3 to 5 years in HR and Administration
Role & Responsibilities-
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement. Administer and maintain employee records, including payroll and benefits information. Coordinate performance appraisal processes and assist in setting performance goals.
Provide feedback and support to employees in their professional development. Oversee day-to-day office administration, including managing office supplies and facilities Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required. Monitor and ensure a safe working environment for all employees Generate HR and admin-related reports for management as needed.
