Candidate must have at least 5 plus years` experience working in professional office environment as a US HR Generalist.
Strong systems skills, including high proficiency in Outlook and proficiency in Excel,
PowerPoint, Word, and applicable HR online applications.
Ability to work with all levels of employees and management
Demonstrated skills in managing confidential information.
Excellent knowledge and experience in HR Policies, Practices, Compensation & Benefits,
Office administration, I9, Background/ Drug checks, Employee Sign-up, Exit Interview, Office administration and facility management
Experience developing, recommending, and implementing personnel policies and procedures; preparing and maintaining handbook on policies and procedures; performing benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness. Experience in maintaining affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Provide HR support for immigration activities (policies and practices, contracts review, visa & immigration support and coordination)
Experience handling Employee issues and resolving the same.
Experience in contracts administration, Immigration and VISA processing.
