Riversand Technologies Inc. (Remote) is hiring for Java Full Stack Developer
Candidate should have 4- 6 years of professional software development experience with 2+ years of experience leveraging object-oriented design practices in Java with good understanding of REST API and JSON, XML Structures. Should have 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems,
Must have experience working with cloud resources (Azure) Working knowledge of Nodejs, Python, Kafka, Big data - Good to have Must have hands on exposure to UI technologies (Javascript, Angular etc) Working knowledge of Deployment using Jenkins is a plus.
The ability to take raw product requirements and develop software architectures and designs to bring them to life. Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers. Sharp analytical abilities, proven design skills and a track record of delivery. Working knowledge of front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and all points in between.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, modularity, use of abstractions, defensive coding, etc. Experience influencing software engineers best practices within your team. Bachelors or masters in computer science, Engineering Ability to work as an individual contributor & work with remote teams.
Desired skills
Knowledge of Scala Programming language would be an added advantage. Working knowledge of Azure Cosmos, Elastic search, Kafka will be an added advantage. Knowledge about Polymer / Angular or similar frameworks & libraries will be an added advantage. Working knowledge of Deployment using Jenkins would be an added advantage.
