FM India Supply Chain Private Limited is hiring for HR/ Administration Executive
Candidate should have minimum 2years of experience in HR Administration, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Industrial Relations, HR Compliance, and Generalist Activities. Must have excellent team management & communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Physically monitoring over all Contract Management and controlling the cost of labours. Audit and authenticate all documents related to regulatory norms/compliance w r t Contractors as well as Spear and maintain the record of the same. To maintain harmonious Industrial Relations at the location. To maintain and co-ordinate the employees and location related insurance policies. To maintain and monitor the personal records of all the contractual employees through indirect measures. Initiate Disciplinary actions at own motion or as desired by Location head/ GMs of the Accounts.
To assist Regional HR in all other work for early closing of issues. To comply all the statutory requirements of all locations and to maintain the records for the same. To co-ordinate the Contract Management activities and maintain the Contract manpower supply and fulfil all HR requirements for newly set up of business. Authorized to change labour contractors in case of poor performance. Authorized to issue disciplinary memos
