Candidate should have 0-6 months experience work experience and has done projects/ internships in a technical field Support, Design, Programming. Some hands-on experience working with computers and basic Microsoft skills Word, excel, powerpoint.
Open to working in a Technical Support environment which involves taking calls, listening to customers, understanding technical issues, using tools available to research and troubleshoot issues, assist the customer with their issues/ queries, log the information into a ticketing tool, use a software based telephony tool to answer calls. Excellent Communication skills In English Verbal, Written and Listening. Has a keen attention to detail
Candidates MUST be flexible to working in rotational shifts/ US Shifts/ Night Shifts/ working on weekends with rotating off s (Work will be 5 days a week and 2 days weekly off which will rotate every 1-2 months based on account needs)
