We are hiring for our international client. The candidate should be ready to work on rotational shifts. Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 5 years of work experience in Technical Support, Customer Service, Voice Support, Desktop Support, Troubleshooting. Must have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities-
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone Responsible for delivery of software which may include new development, configuration maintenance and installation. Proactive approach to follow-up with customers for collecting payment for the provided solutions and services. Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers. Should be interested learning new products.
Identifying hardware and software solutions. Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and repairing faults. Resolving network issues. Installing and configuring hardware and software. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. Providing excellent customer service support to customers during every single interaction. Resolving technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user`s contacts for the product (Laptops, Desktops, Printers etc.)
