Must have strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365 Experience working in a fast-paced environment End User Device Management 1st line support experience
Good knowledge of O365, Windows 10, MS Office, AD and Exchange Online Incident Management experience managing incidents, including business expectations and communication is essential
Technical Experience-
Basic TCP/ IP Networking Protocols Windows server MCP certification Good grasp of ITIL with relation to a Service Desk environment Professional
Preferred candidate profile-
Freshers with B.Tech, BE, BCA or maters also preferred Experienced Candidate with Technical background/ Technical Knowledge
