As a Software Tester (Fresher), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through manual testing procedures. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about software testing, have a strong attention to detail, and are eager to learn and grow in the field of quality assurance.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and documentation skills. Basic understanding of software development and quality assurance principles. Familiarity with test management tools like mantis . Familiarity with Web Development, APIs would be a plus. A willingness to learn and adapt to different testing methodologies and tools.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. High level of motivation and a strong desire to build a career in software testing. Willingness to work under the guidance of senior testers and test leads. Willingness to work on different types of software projects, including web and mobile applications.
