We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contact Center Developer with expertise in routing and .net programming to join our dynamic team. As a Contact Center Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining contact center applications, with a specific focus on routing functionality. Your role will involve designing and implementing robust and scalable routing solutions, ensuring efficient call flows and optimal customer experiences.
Candidate must have Extensive experience in .Net C#, ASP .Net Good understanding of .Net and design patterns and experience in implementing the same Experience in developing with REST API Must be good at SQL and implementing stored procedure on SQL Server Strong knowledge of working and developing Microservices.
Experience with AWS Could on any technology (preferred are Kafka, EKS, Kubernetes) Some knowledge of .Net or C# experience is preferred. Extensive experience refactoring code and developing solutions with a minimum risk of regression Experience with Continuous Integration workflow and tooling (i.e. JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket)
Job Responsibility-
Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods. Directing our software programming initiatives Overseeing the development of documentation. Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals. Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems. Managing the software development lifecycle. Monitoring system performance.
Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams. Developing and executing project plans. Applying mathematics and statistics to problem-solving initiatives. Applying best practices and standard operating procedures. Creating innovative solutions to meet our companys technical needs. Testing new software and fixing bugs. Shaping the future of our systems.
