Benze Club International Private Limited is hiring for HR & Admin Executive
Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the Hospitality/ Real estate industry. Have wide contacts with the HOSPITALITY fraternity ( Clubs and Restaurants Clients Contacts)
Strong knowledge of human resources laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities-
1) Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and procedures. 2) Oversee the recruitment and hiring of all employees 3) Onboard new employees and provide them with training and orientation 4) Develop and implement performance management systems for all employees 5) Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees 6) Investigate and resolve employee relations issues 7) Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
