Candidate should have BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MCS or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months of work experience in a customer facing role. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work a shift between the hours of 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST (US Customers)
Must be Result-oriented and has great attention to details Strong empathy for customers and passion for growth Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities Time management skills and ability to prioritize
