Candidate should have Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master`s degree in HR is a plus) with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with employees, candidates, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with basic HR software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
Willingness to collaborate and work effectively within a team. Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues. Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Genuine interest in the field of human resources and a desire to learn and grow within the profession. Legal Compliance Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
