Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR roles, with exposure to administrative responsibilities preferred. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Must have hunger for work and managing effective team.
Key Responsibilities-
Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations. Should have Knowledge about hiring tools like Naukri Resdex. Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in different roles like sales, technical, etc.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures. Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Maintaining an engaged, motivated, and high-performing work culture.
