  Input Zero Technologies Private Limited is hiring for HR Cum Admin Executive

As an HR Coordinator at Input Zero Technologies, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR-related activities, including employee events coordination, data management, recruitment support, vendor management, and administrative tasks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Qualifications/ Experience:

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Ability to manage employees and interact professionally with guests.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Events Coordination:
Plan and coordinate employee events, such as recognition programs and team-building activities.
Ensure events run smoothly and contribute to a positive company culture.

Data Management:
Handle data entry and maintain data accuracy in HR systems.
Organize and manage employee records and files efficiently.

Recruitment Support:
Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates during the recruitment process.
Assist with candidate communication and logistics.

Vendor Management:
Oversee vendor relationships and contracts as needed.
Ensure vendors meet established standards and performance criteria.

Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
Handle tasks such as travel bookings, calendar management, and document preparation.
