FNH Technologies Private Limited is hiring for Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for Level 2 Technical Support Engineers with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in L1 Technical Support. The role requires excellent collaboration with team members, key stakeholders, and business partners to meet the needs of the business and that of our customers.
Candidates will be responsible for providing first-class post-sales support: assisting customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced while using our applications. Will be actively involved in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and testing software problems. Will also have the opportunity to participate in UAT Testing during release week cycles.
Primary responsibilities will involve Level 1/2 troubleshooting of technical problems customers encounter while using the Clinic Management Application Candidate must be creative in his/ her thinking and should be able to think `out-of-the-box` Must be passionate about customer satisfaction and should be able to own a ticket from start to end. Candidates should be impeccable in written/ spoken American English grammar/ style. Should be open to work in US shifts. Should be receptive to feedback, and should have the ability to retain training concepts Should have worked with customers through e-mail and chat preferably. Ability to multitask and manage workload. Some background in EMR, behavioral healthcare, or medical billing will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide response to all incoming/complex tickets and web chats within SLA targets Give ongoing regular updates and follow up on Open/Pending tickets. Coordinate and manage ticket escalations with other teams/ stakeholders as required. Identify and organize tickets and tasks according to priority. Update knowledge base and support documentation. Review upcoming software updates and provide feedback prior to release. Other Ad-hoc duties/reporting as assigned.
