Candidate should have Bachelor`s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Duties and Responsibilities-
Recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Onboard new employees, including providing orientation, completing paperwork. Develop and deliver training programs for employees. Maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and handling employee inquiries. Maintaining filing systems, Ordering supplies, Arranging travel, Managing office budget, Providing customer service, Other administrative tasks as needed
