Candidate should have basic knowledge in Electronics, Speakers, Audio Amplifiers, Computer Operating system & other IT products. Updated knowledge on latest technologies like Smart devices/ IOT products.
Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and solving hardware & software faults. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
Must be able to speak in Hindi and English fluently (Additional Languages will be added advantage). Should have good knowledge in Systems, troubleshooting latest Gadgets etc Good written and verbal communication skills.
