Role & Responsibilities-
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, tickets, email, and live chat Work in Rotational Shifts to manage a 24X7 support facility. Troubleshoot technical issues related to PG integration. Assist with integration and configuration of Payment Gateway. Resolve Merchant complaints in a timely and professional manner. Document ,escalate, coordinate to resolve issues reported.
