Aditya Infotech Limited (AIL) is hiring for Technical Support Engineer
Candidate should be BE/ B.Tech/ BCA/ BSc.IT or any other Graduate with (Networking Certifications like JCHNP | JCHNE | MNA) with good knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Switch, Hub, Router, Routing Protocols, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Email Server, POP3, SMTP, FTP, NAS, DDNS, P2P.
Should have good knowledge of LAN and WAN Experience on CCTV and related products will be an added advantage Excellent Communication Skills and Neutral Accent CCNA | MCSE (Desirable)
Role & Responsibilities-
Provide Technical Support to Customers over the call/ email or chat. Help Distributors /Dealers /End users to commission newly purchased products or troubleshoot their current products. Technical support to Aditya Infotech clients on CCTV Analog Cameras, IP Cameras, DVR, NVR, VDP and other related Products.
