Candidate should be Any B.Tech Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience. Should have basic knowledge of excel and good e-mail writing skills Should have experience supporting individual and corporate clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexible with Night shifts- (shift timings- 6PM to 3 PM) Attractive Incentive/ Bonus amount.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Understanding of setting up remote desktop to manage back-up and recovery solutions. Experience in Intune, Advanced Threat Protection and Azure Information Protection (Pre-Sales and Implementation) will be a plus Technically proficient professional with vast knowledge of IT infrastructure
