Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) with 0 to 3 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Screening, HR Compliance, Generalist Activities, Payroll Preparation. Must have excellent communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities-
For providing full administrative support to the Managers and officers. Handling End -to- End recruitment Maintenance of the HR Records and Systems. Preparing or updating employment records relating to hiring, transferring or terminating.
HR Admin day-to-day activities. Daily follow-up with employees regarding attendance. Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures Coordinate with the accounts team to get things done
