The Technical Support Associate will provide technical support to the OnProcess s Client s Supplier Onboarding, Client portal and will be responsible for designing, building, optimizing and maintainence. Will need to be proactive and come up with solutions/enhancements and must be comfortable leading and supporting multiple teams and Client queries.

Development of additional features on existing (SOAR) website Data Cleansing & Maintenance Perform Testing Debug Knowledge Handle L3 Escalation Tickets Handle Client/3rd Party Vendor Calls
