Candidate should have a BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) degree/ or BSC in Computers with good written communication skills for interacting with customers and providing technical support via written channels such as emails, chat, or documentation. Must have strong understanding of SQL is required, including querying, subqueries, and joins. This knowledge is crucial for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Being a good team player is important as the role involves collaborating with colleagues and working together to address customer concerns. The position requires working in night shifts for a period of 4-6 months. This should be taken into consideration when applying for the job. The job is suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, indicating that freshers are also welcome to apply.
Location: The job is based in Bangalore, so candidates should be willing to work from that location and In office (No remote)
