Teleperformance India Private Limited is hiring for Technical Support Engineer
Candidate must be a Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support, LAN Troubleshooting, VLAN Configuration, Desktop Support, Router Configuration, VPN Server, International Voice Process. Must have excellent written and communication skills. Both Freshers/ Experience can apply.
Role & Responsibilities-
Supporting customers contacting for technical assistance with network through LAN, WIFI, Mobile, Televison, Routers and Computers Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures.
Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Ensure all issues are properly logged. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. The ability to think logically. Strong customer focus. Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain individual performance towards client KPIs.
