We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling technical inquiries and troubleshooting customer issues related to our products - FunnelKit FunnelBuilder, and FunnelKit Automation.
Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a WordPress and PHP environment. Experience working on WordPress plugins or themes. Strong debugging skills and experience with troubleshooting technical issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence. Ability to create Loom videos to provide visual instructions and troubleshoot technical issues.
