Roles and Responsibilities-
1) Answering calls for North American region 2) Resetting Domain passwords and application password 3) Trouble shooting internet issues, performance issues, application support and all end user related quries 4) Create tickets in service now and assign tickets to support teams for out-of-scope issues.
