Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development Support:
Telephone / Fax / email response: Attending the Phone calls, Sending Fax and replying the mails at the right time. Enquiry management, support preparing quotations & submission: Updating Enquiry Management report, providing the support for preparing the tender quotation and submission.
HR Management
Handling the complete Recruitment process: Scheduling and organizing the Interview and Maintenance of candidates records. Employee Records: Maintaining the records of new joinees and existing employees. Employee Attendance Management: Maintaining Attendance Register and updating the leave details in Orange HRM. Organizing group / Team meetings: Organizing the meeting.
