Hydro Pneumatic Engineers (Hyd) Pvt. Limited, (HPE) is an Engineering company owned and manned by experienced engineers. HPE is an ISO 9001: 2008 Certified vide certificate Registration No. 44 100 057208 -E3 under TUV CERT certification body for QM Systems of RWTUV systems GmbH for Provision of Operation and Maintenance services for plants and utilities involving Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Controls and Instrumentation Engineering. Sales of Engineering products connected with Hydraulic/ Pneumatic/ Vacuum systems and Thermal Engineering.

We have been undertaking turnkey Engineering projects involving supply, erection, testing and commissioning of various Engineering equipments like air compressors, piping for air, gas, oil, water, LPG etc.,. Subsequently we have been involving ourselves in the Operation & Comprehensive maintenance of the entire system i.e. total facility management services.

Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, or related field with 3 to 5 years of related experience in HR Administration, HR Generalist Activities, Recruitment, Human Resource Management and Payroll.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.- Identifying manpower requirements, taking them up to the HR Head for approval
Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities.
Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process
