Candidate should be Any Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, IT Service Desk, Software Support. Experience in end user support. Must have basic knowledge of ITSM Tool / Ticketing tool and MS office. Basic knowledge of Telephone systems, Video conferencing, CCTV and Access control system.
Installation, updating and troubleshooting of operating system and basic softwares Installation and configuration of outlook client Troubleshoot hardware issues in laptop/ desktop/ printers
Remote Software/ Desktop troubleshooting Troubleshoot basic networking (wired and wireless) Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of printers and peripheral devices.
